Design & Manufacture

We offer a complete design and build service from complete airframes to small components.  All design can be supplied with manufacturing drawings and CAD models for production to a quality standard with a defined process.

If it is electrical components you require, we have in house electrical design and software development skills to develop and produce to your requirements.

Flamingo Mk3 RPA – Design, modelling, tooling, prototype, ground and flight testing.  Production to controlled quality standard with compatibility of components across platforms.

Airframe and internal structure to withstand operational loads to 9g.

External stores pod - External pods designed to withstand handling, ground and aerodynamic loads.  Structural and flight-testing validating fit for purpose.

Sacrificial landing plates – Generative design to optimise structure for weight and strength, manufacture with carbon reinforced 3D printing.

Communication Hub – Integration of multiple 3rd party components with a bespoke central communications hub for health monitoring and system compatibility.  Design from PCB through to software development, prototyping, testing and production.

Electrical Distribution – Complete system hook-up, wiring loom design, layout, testing, documentation and production.

Avionics Stack Design – Overall architecture design, layout, integration and physical layout for installation into required location.
